Sensee Foundation of Hope started out as a Christmas meal program in 2019. The Founder, Jartu McConnell was trying to bring joy to the children of Liberia during the Holiday season. That year, with the help of Morris Kromah in Liberia, and a few friends and family members. she provided food and toys for Christmas, and New Year’s celebration for over 100 children in the rural areas of Monrovia.

The 2020 Christmas Celebrations saw the beginning of new programs to help the children get an education, provide basic care for Widows, help single mothers to become self-sustaining, and fight for child brides. 

For the first time, with the help of our Donors, Sponsors and Partners, we included book bags for over 200 school age children in addition to the school supplies they received at the Annual Children's Christmas Celebrations event.

On December 1, 2021 Sensee Foundation of Hope continued its mission to help the underprivileged by distributing school supplies to 80 school children at the Tahn Maffa Elementary School in Mbaloma Township, Grand Capemount County, Liberia.

To continue the Annual Children's Christmas Celebrations tradition, we are asking for your support to make this possible. Our goal this year, is to serve food, toys and school supplies to about 500 children. Your generous donations will be greatly appreciated.
